Mangos the new banana?

Mangos have become the most widespread fruit in North America that currently hold number two in the best fruit species world wide!  That’s insane! How many of us don’t own bananas in our household but are sick and tired of them having the same taste? I say to hell with it and start eating mangos! They are so nutritious full of vitamins that the banana does not have, which is why we must choose a mango before a banana! Mangos have such juicy skin on it that it is so hard to avoid not starting at. You literally put mango in everything to make you plates taste ten times better! One of my favorite plates of food with mango is rice and mango mixed together! I think Dr. Ayers would highly enjoy eating mango with rice.

You can have so many things with just one bite! You can create mango ships that are supremely delicious with juice and salt.  Another way to eat mangos is simply by adding a little spicy sauce on top with lime and salt that my friend hits the spot. The amazing thing about this is that you can have as many as you want and it will not make you sick like a banana. Let me just tell you that if you eat an excessive amount of potassium you fall in the rath of the bananas killing you with every bite! That’s horrible ! So be safe and eat a mango.  You will have a potassium over load if you eat 30 bananas you need watch yourself from these evil creatures that have no sympathy over what is good and what is bad. Mangos have chemicals necessary to light up your mood and improve your immune system. That is perfect to live a healthy life without the bananas assassinating you with its potassium powers.
